Shipping Policy
We ship orders by Registered Airmail which takes approximately 12 to 18 business days. You must sign for your shipment in order to take delivery. Business days do not include holidays and weekends, with shipping times varying depending on your location.
The only information written on the parcel is your address, our address and a description of the contents, for the Postal Authorities.
Please be aware that we do not ship orders on the weekend. If you place an order after 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday, your order will be sent out on Monday.

Delivery Policy:
To guarantee delivery, we split orders into separate parcels. Orders cannot be shipped in one parcel because the parcel would be subject to duty since the width and value would not fall within the prescribed international parameters. It can take up to 10 days after the first parcel is received to receive a full order of more than one parcel.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued when a customer does not receive their order and chooses a refund instead of reshipment. If for any reason your package did not arrive, we will issue a refund or reship your order.
If the postal service requests that you pay a duty free tax, you have two options:
- Pay duty tax and collect the parcel
- Reject the parcel and return to sender
Upon receipt of the returned package, we will credit you the full value of the packages we receive.
