What are the payment options available?

What's the policy regarding charge backs?
We do not accept charge backs. But in the unlikelihood of a problem, we will issue a refund or reship the order. Unfortunately, any customer threatening to charge back will be banned from making future purchases on the site. We will also provide their credit card information to processing agencies.
Is it possible to follow my order status?

How do I know what the shipment and delivery costs are?

What method of shipment is used?
All items are shipped via registered mail, and you must sign for them upon delivery.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Without taking holidays and weekends into account, delivery can take from 10 to 21 days.
I received only one shipment and it doesn't contain all the items I ordered – where are the rest?
In order to avoid duty taxes on items that exceed international parameters, we send product out in multiple shipments. After the initial package arrives, it can take up to ten days for the rest to be delivered.
I e-mailed you but I received no reply – why?
Please check with your ISP or your email program to make sure our emails are not being blocked as spam, as that often results in our emails not getting through.
What are the chances that I'll be asked to pay duty tax in order to pick up my order?
This may happen in a few rare cases, but you do have options to choose from: You can either consent to pay the tax and release your package, meaning the post will turn it over to you, or you have the right to refuse to accept the delivery of your package and ask that it is returned to the sender. After that, just send an email requesting a full refund and we will be happy to issue one as soon as possible.
